I feel forced to do it even when I am in physical pain because in my head, I feel like I NEED to burn calories. Thank you for this post. If possible, could you elaborate a little bit more on how to get over an exercise obsession in video form?

Also, (I am unable to access your email for some reason...), I am also struggling with understanding what hunger feels like. I have spent so long ignoring my body signals that I can't tell when I am hungry or even when my body needs rest. I eat at certain times during the day and find it difficult to add in food beyond what I am already eating even though I know it's not enough. Do you have any tips?

Thank you so much for what you are doing here!!!

xxxKatyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07411713258719842831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7050548055830289666.post-57249647731442434852010-02-21T21:17:19.613-05:002010-02-21T21:17:19.613-05:00Thanks for putting this out there, Arielle. For the first time in 12 years I am nearly at my goal weight.I'm struggling with exercise, worrying I should work out x number of times etc etc but I can see this is another area of recovery I need to tackle. I find some blogs really make me feel guilty about not exercising enough and maybe I need to step away from them for a while. Thank you for all you do. You are very inspiring and make me believe a full recovery is possible even after all this time. xAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
