Distorted thoughts can sometimes be harder to eliminate than actual behaviors. This week, I answer the question "How do you let go of them when you are already behavior free, at a healthy weight but your negative thoughts and fears are still in your mind?" In this video, I detail a 3 step process for ending distorted or negative thoughts.
I love this! I am at a point where most of my behaviors are gone, but my thoughts are still a constant presence. My negative thoughts are much less prevalent and intense than they used to be, but they continue to prevent me from making a full recovery. I so needed this video right now...thank you!
