Appreciating Your Body

This week's topic is an important one. I had to cut my video down from its original 17+ minutes because I had too much to say!

Thanks for this video there are so many helpful tips about feeling good about yourself. i'm definitely goin g to try writing notes in my clothing of what people have said that's positive :D

And I'm trying day by day to ignore the scales and calories. It's hard but it will be worth it in the end!
