Arielle, I need your help please!
It's December, Christmas is coming very soon, and I'm really afraid about it. Can you give me some advices to not give up on Christmas day, when I'll have to eat and face all my family, please?
Thanks a lot...

Love this video and what you wrote. The water and "staying afloat" metaphors are so perfect. It is so important to talk about things like bravery and courage because they are such powerful and positive things to focus on when the rest of your life feels chaotic and scary. Though I usually blog about bipolar disorder this message works for everyone struggling. I also just started video blogging so it is fun to see your wonderful videos to see how I can improve. Thanks so much for your work!

I was just curious if you had that posted anywhere (written, not verbal). It seems like it would be something helpful to read from time to time. every so often i check on this site to see what what sort of things you have posted about and tonight, i randomly clicked on this link. i just got home from a therapy appointment where this same sort of idea was discussed at length... but somehow hearing the way you worded it, it just clicked. the timing of hearing this made it hit home a little more. there are so many parts i feel would be useful to use as reminders each day.

your videos are truly inspiring. i love your insight and the way you are able to relate to and encourage others. you are definitely making a difference. thank you!!!!

Anonymous - Thanks so much for the kind words. You can find the written version of what I call "Bravery & Boldness" here: http://tearstowords.blogspot.com/2008/09/bravery-and-boldness.html

I think you'll have to copy and paste that link into your browser to make it work. It's a post I put up over 2 years ago! :) But it will always apply. Hope that helps. :)
