In this week's video, I discuss getting to the root of your eating disorder, but remembering not to get caught up in the past or the problem. Instead, keep your focus on the NOW and understand that finding the root of your eating disorder can be helpful, but not necessary to keep moving forward with your health and well-being.

"Let go of your fear" really resonates with me. Last night, I talked with my therapist about accepting my body and where I am in my life. I am deep into my recovery work, but still hold onto fear of gaining "too much" weight and not exercising enough. These are two of my final hurdles that keep getting in my way. Thank you for reminding me to let go of those fears!
