This week, I encourage you to ask yourself these questions:
- What do you most want to change?
- What do you think you could easily do differently...and what's stopping you?
- What does freedom mean to you?
- And what do you need to put into place to achieve it?
- Who are your supports?
- How can you utilize them more than you are currently?
- What are your most toxic elements in life?
- How can you better distance yourself from them?

I've just found your site,
I'm Ruby and I have anorexia/bulimia and am also a recovering heroin addict.
This summer I have dipped my toe in to recovery and really want to continue the positive changes I've made.
I started writing a blog recently and it is becoming more and more a recovery blog.
