Finding the Root

In this week's video, I discuss getting to the root of your eating disorder, but remembering not to get caught up in the past or the problem. Instead, keep your focus on the NOW and understand that finding the root of your eating disorder can be helpful, but not necessary to keep moving forward with your health and well-being.

Self-Awareness: Being Accountable

This week, I talked about Wanting Recovery vs. Actually Recovering, specifically as those things relate to taking responsibility/being accountable + mastering self-awareness. It's a great topic for all folks, regardless of your recovery status or if you even have a history of an eating disorder.
