This week's topic is: Anger. Is it good? Is it bad? I also discuss ways to get your anger out so you don't internalize it.

I used to internalize it and take it out on myself through starvation, exercise, or self mutilation. I still at times struggle with the restricting when angry but now I try to vent to close friends, blog about recovery, and allow myself to feel it and breathe through it.
Being angry makes me feel vulnerable and this in turn makes me more angry and isolatory. Being able to validate this and admit this is the first step to venting now and allowing myself to be human and allow the feelings to come up, deal, and move on.
